Because Back When Photography sells printed materials (photographs), all sales are final. The customer should review the images online before placing an order to make sure that the images selected are correct. Orders can not be changed once they have been sent out from our shop for printing. However, if after you receive your prints you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact us to discuss the issue.
Shipping Policy
Once an order is placed and after payment is received, processing of your order will begin. Processing of orders from start to finish currently takes 2-3 weeks. If you used your credit card with your Gmail account, you may check the status of your order by logging into your Gmail account. The current status will be listed with your order.
We expect that some orders will be submitted with a shipping method of Store Pickup (which of course is FREE), but we understand that other family members who do not live in the area may also want to order prints online. Those customers may also choose store pickup if the subject (Bride and Groom, etc.) family members are willing to pickup the order for them. We do however offer UPS/USPS shipping too.
